This was my first time buying a house. I had no clue on what to do. Someone I knew had told me about Century 21 Bird and Abby Houghton. So I gave Abby a call. I explained to her this was my first time and I didn't know how to go about buying a house. She said she will help me with everything, and that she did! Abby was great, she gave me a name and phone number for help on getting a loan. For the loan they requested alot of stuff from me. Which I gathered up. I had a hard time with one utility. I was all upset because that was the last piece for my loan to go through. I told Abby about it and she got right on the phone and had it all taken care of for me. So now I could move on and look for houses.

I told Abby what we were looking for and she would email me them. As soon as they came on the market she was calling me, it was great! Then when we put a bid on the house, we own now, Abby was the best. She helped me with the contingencies ( which I had no clue what it meant). When the sellers accepted our bid we moved right along pretty quick. There is alot to do when buying a house and packing and working and your everyday things to try to remember dates and what to do next. Abby was right there reminding me and telling me what to do next. I would have been lost without Abby, she was the BEST. Thanks for everything Abby :-)
