Wenda Bird has enjoyed over 20 successful years in real estate. Her career began in 1986, working for a very successful area real estate company. In 1990 she opened an independent office; Bird Real Estate. Each year the business grew at a minimum of 10% per year. In 1996 the acquisition of an area Century 21 franchise and real estate company allowed for greater diversity and growth. The sales on Lake Bomoseen outranked all other real estate offices, making C21 Bird “The number 1 sales team on Lake Bomoseen” per Multiple Listing Service. In 2005 the business expanded with the purchase of real estate on RT 103 near the Rutland Airport. After extensive remodeling a branch office opened on September 18th, 2005 allowing for better coverage of the Rutland, Manchester and Ludlow areas.
