In 1990 Bird Real Estate was Incorporated. The business grew by 10% per year at a minimum. In 1996 the acquisition of an area Century 21 franchise and real estate company allowed for greater diversity and growth. The sales on Lake Bomoseen outranked all other real estate companies. Century 21 Bird was and continues to be "The Number 1 Sales Team on Lake Bomoseen" per Multiple Listing Service. In 2005 the business expanded with the purchase of real estate on Route 103 across from the access road to the Rutland Airport. After extensive remodeling a branch office opened on September 18th, 2005 allowing for better coverage for Rutland and Ludlow area. We continue to grow to better serve YOU.
